Weird security system?

Alright.. so I got into an accident the other day. Today I removed the radiator and ac condensor to try and straighten out the frame. Doesnt work to well. My dad says to just put the windows up, lock the doors and leave it in the driveway. So I get in, put the key in, then start rolling the windows up. The horn just starts BLARING for a minute straight. Key in the lock didnt work, no buttons worked, nothing. Then it stops all of a sudden. Now, the interior accessories dont work at all. Sunroof works, spedometer cluster works, thats it. The windows, locks, cd player, and all interior lights dont work. Whats weird though, is that the only things we disconnected were the plugs for the radiator fans, and the headlights. What could of happened??

Hood trigger isn't closing. Yank the little relay in the interior fuse box.

If you're not going to be driving the car you might want to take out the battery. You can unlock and lock the doors manually.

The only relays I see inside are for heater and defog... I tried pulling the anti theft fuse but that did nothing. Is there another interior fuse box, other then the driver side one?
