weird roughness after EGR and A/C removal

ok so we removed the head and found some carbon, the pistons are stock but there clean now and so are the valves and the head gasket is in with some ARP studs, we also removed the EGR components and all of the ac components and now when i start it up and in general it feels like i have no balance shafts, idk if EGR affects the way the car feels, i do have polyurethane mounts but its really rough, and my launch control sounds completely different, i like the way it is now, but im kinda worried something isn't right.

First thing I would try is putting the EGR system back in. that has had negative effects on my last car so i just left it in and was fine. *just a suggestion*.

i have always been a Toyota guy until recently. opening my eyes to other vehicles you might say.

im still learning about mitsu's and all so i know i wont be a great help for a little bit of time. hope it works for you...

cant put EGR back in, we screwed up some of the piping, either way i dont really want to do that, it seems to be fine, i guess ill know when i break something, everything is pointing to being ok now so there's not much i can do, but its kinda weird it changed the way my car feels

What did you use to cover the hole where the EGR was?

we used JB Weld on the intake

Did you do a boost leak test to ensure the seal is holding?

yeah and it is, but my intercooler is cracked so ive got a boost leak from hell, im olny makeing 250hp becouse of it but my intercooler is the olny leak

My bet is if u fix the intercoller your problems will all be solved and your car will be back to normal
