Well before I go into any depth about what's going on, let me lay out all that has been done up to now.
-Engine COMPLETELY rebuilt 24,XXX miles ago. all stock except for the revised lifters
-no oil leaks whatsoever anywhere. all gaskets have at a maximum 24K on em. valve cover has 5k (pcv was done then also)
-rebuilt TRE B16G ported/clipped 34mm flapper with about 1,400 miles on it as of now. only seen a max of 14psi of boost. spotless and no shaftplay at all
-about 2-3,000 miles before the turbo was replaced/upgraded a complete wet/dry compression test was done to determine it was infact the turbo using oil. it was 160-160-160-158 i believe.
now with all of this said, i've STILL got an oil consumption problem. it is incresed when i'm under boost. opening it up in 1st i get the usual black smokescreen because of the walbro 255 so it's hard to tell anything else. also i have a straight through 3" turbo-back with a chambered muffler (no cat). second i get a little fizzle of gray i can still see but it's hard to gauge because of seeing through the tint on my back window.
for instance i went from traverse city to kalamazoo which 200 miles each way exact. ripping along at about 90-100 back and forth i managed to use up 2 quarts of oil when i got home and checked the level. compression was 155 on cylinder 1, and 161 on cylinders 2-4. but honestly the only thing i can thing is something do with the lifters/and or valve stem seals. the spark plug wells are dry as well as the plugs. the plugs, however are the ngk-r and they have that white-ish baked on the point of each but i'm alos sure that was from running the crap out of my old 14b at the shootout this year. probly a tiny bit on the lean side. now i'm at about 13.5psi because i only have the walbro 255 but no injectors yet and i don't wanna push it. no engine noise at all. idleing it's at 24-25psi oil pressure, 2,000 at 50psi, and steady at 3,000 rpm it's at 75psi. normal? i dunno. i'm running the oem mitsu 3000gt oil filter also with mobil1 10/30. it had a k&n valve cover breather filter on it but was looking kinda oily so i took it off for cleaning. in the mean time running it open i haven't noticed any diference good or bad. i was thinking of doing pcv eliminator setup using a catchcan like taboo was doing. just free up any crankcase pressure. i just want any sort of experiences and or insight or ideas from anybody on what it could be. oh, and the dipstick tube is not crimped all down and the dipstick doesn't pop out so i don't see an indication of a faulty pcv valve causing excess crankcase pressure.
somebody please try and throw some ideas around and shed a little light on this with me here

in the last about 1000 miles, the coolant reservoir emptied itself and is almost all the way down when i checked at the thermostat housing pressure cap too.
