Weird noise and 1500 rpm missfire video inside?

Ok i recently removed the bs from them engine and installed an elimantor kit . After the removal i now have this noise . Also with the car in gear if i stall it to 1500 rpm it missfires like a studder box. Im at this point very confused at what it might be? I need to know if anyone out here has ever heard this before ? The miss is only while barely pushing the gas and it does happen while driving but its only in the 1500 rpm range? Any way you can get ahold of a logger (Palm style, either MMCD or Palmnstein) and watch your TPS values at that rpm? Sounds like a bad tps to me.
As far as the noise, how old is the timing belt tensioner? Sounds like the tensioner is on its way out, had that happen to me and caught it in time, thats when i did the BS removal. The tensioner was so shot I could depress it with my thumb.
 
Hmm the tps has crossed my mind also ill try swaping it out tonight. I have a logger and will also try logging it. The timing belt tension is new and in good shape. thanks keep the ideas a coming. The front balance shaft is still in this motor but not working of course and the rear shaft is removed. I did not line the oil pump mark up . I didnt think that matter no more.
 
While you have your logger out checking out the TPS, also look at the O2 readings, coolent temp, and maf. Look for any "dips" in the voltage or hz (maf). These could be messing up, and sending false info to the ECM.
 
Just an update ive changed the throttle positon sensor ,cam sensor ,swaped ecu s, new plugs ,and wires . I still have the missfire? I have to reprogram my darn logger cause it reset itself . Once i get it up and going i will log all of these points and see if theres a problem you guys might reconize. Thanks and keep it coming.

I found that the throtlle body sticks open a little after its warmed up. So it will idle a little higher after it has warmed up.
Is it possible that the culprit is the throtlle body?
 
I got a log . The timing at 1500 rpm was slighty bouncing from 24-25. Coolant temp was around 130 degress-137 dergrees . 02 never moved stayed at 0.06 the whole time wich to me seems not good. Tps was steady it ranged from 15-22 but a gradual climb as i was stalling the car up. I think i will look into the o2 sensor.
 
Ok update on what i have done and tried i replaced every pulley and timing componet. But guess what theres still a rattle noise . So the only thing left is the oil pump . I have already replaced this with an OEM pump but, I bought a EBAY BALANCE SHAFT ELIMANATOR KIT.
I used the little stubby from the kit and left the front shaft in because it was to hard to remove with the engine in the car. I think the stubby is rattling around causing the noise, it is the only thing left. Im going to replace the stubby with an oem stubby . If you have any trouble with the ebay bs stubby or heard this noise after ellimanting the kit i would really appreaciate the help. I found the culprit . Somehow there was a bolt not fully tight in the oil pump case that was rattling out. Well it came out ,dang near broke my timing belt . So when i took the cover off to swao belt the bolt fell out . So i replaced the bolt and wallA the noise is gone.
No more miss fire and noise.
