Weird GST issue when starting sometimes

Sometimes when I go to start the car, it will idle real rough, 400 - 600 rpms and just act like it wants to die but eventually clears out after a minute or two, but my rpms are also always at 1k - 1,200 steady not constantly bouncing.

Anybody have any idea what could cause this?

My only guess is throttle body (I do have a solenoid that ticks, I think its the EVAP)
or the port in the throttle body could possibly be clogged where the anti freeze flows into.

When was the last tune up completed? I would check plugs, wires, o2 sensor and filters to start

Have to check on that, I just remembered too, if I let off the gas fast it dies down and then picks back up. If on a real steep hill and do that it comes really close to dieing, drops to 100 - 250 rpm, if that adds any better information.
