Weird electrical problem

This just started recently. Whenever i turn my carr off my low radiator fan turns on and will not turn off. I have also noticed that if i turn my switch for ac/heat on the inside air blows through the vents. I have just been pulling my lo rad fan relay to keep it from killing my battery. any suggestions?

Do you have the original 2 speed fan?
Did you try swapping that relay with another?

Yes i believe original fan and i did swap relays.

The only way the fan could be on after the car is turned off is either: the relay is stuck on, or you have an incorrect relay, or the relay wiring has been changed.

Well the relay is the same as all the other fan relays. Ive swapped it out with the other realys but nothing changes. I guess ill go through all the wiring and see what i can come up with.
