weird electrical problem

hey dsmers, im having a problem with 2nd and 3rd not sparking nor fuel. 1st and 4th work perfectly fine. the injectors dont have ground nor the ign. coil but it has power. any thoughts?

The Coil will always have a 12v constant. The ECM will have a signal wire from the cam sensor that in tells when to fire fuel and spark. ( in a broad definition ) It was a white wire on my 92 TSI . I would test your cam sensor first if your already verified the no spark and fuel, as in verify those parts are not failed .( injectors, plugs, wires....)
