weird boost: spike then creap?

bosst is spiking to about 20 lbs, droping to about 15 and then comes back up top about 20.
is it a boost leak? its on an evo 3 16g

yes its a turboxs mbc, its done it since the current setup has been together(couple weeks) evo 3 16g, sbr fmic race core, 3 in o2 eliminater dp, 3.5 dp back exaust.
