web 452/228 cams daily driven

Hello, 1st post but have been a member for a while. I usally dont have to post, just a quick search.

I just picked up a 1g GSX that came with a set of Webcams 452/228. The previous owner said they where pretty radical. I have searched and most people say the same thing. Is anyone running them in a daily driver. I'll be using Megasqurt to tune ( i have a extra box, and very fimilar with them)

I just traded a guy for a set of this specific grind cams. I searched but couldn't find much info on them from anyone's personal experience. Anyone have thoughts/idea's personal reviews?

I would like to know if it's okay to run these camshafts with stock valve springs although it says it's recommended on the web cam's website.
