The last owner of my car told me the all the belts were changed so I checked the T-belt and it's brand new, so is the alt. belt. My car vibrates at around 2500-3000rpms and I searched and it a sign of having no balancer shaft belts. Is there a way I can check with out removing the whole front cover?

thanks

If you figure it out, post it. We'd all love that one. You will have to remove the cover to reliably look at the balancer belt. If it has broken, you will have a buzz and run the risk of it getting tangled in the main timing belt and really messing things up.

Remove it.

Good Luck

Best way of checking it is take everything apart, check it and remove it then install a balance shaft eliminator kit and never have to worry about checking it again. Another thing, while you're doing that replace the timing belt, water pump, and timing belt tensioner.
