water temp sensor rounded off

My water temp sensor the bolt part of it is rounded off i've tried vice grips but they just make it worse. Anyone have any suggestions?

Dremel? You could file the edges flat enough to be able to grip it with the vice and a breaker bar.....Just a thought ;)
