Ok, i have recently been overheating. I flushed and changed the coolant, I replaced the T-stat, and RAD hoses.- But it overheats in the exact same fashion. Its not jsut when I drive hard. Its about 5 min, after I drive or even let it idle, It gets so hot, the stock temp gauge tops out.
So since I havent even driven it- the bus sucks!!! also, on my PLX- it shows I am really lean until 2000rpm, but above that I run really rich??
what could cause either of these problems.
Also, how much are temp sensors- 2G, I might replace it anyway, trail/error method!!

I had the same overheating problem on my 1g. It only overheated when it wasn't moving at idle.
I checked the fuse for the radiator fan and it was toast. I replaced it and it blew as soon as the
fan turned on. Turns out it had a short in the fan motor. Replaced the fan and fuse and never
blew a fuse or overheated since. I would check to see if the fan is working and check the wiring.
Then check the sensors out if everyting looks good for the fan.
