How do i replace the water pump and where can i get these parts cheap or who will sell them to me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Scroll down until you see the section on replacing a timing belt. It looks complicated as hell, but it's quite straighforward if you take your time and don't rush anything.

The water pump can be replaced at the same time as the timing belt. Once you pull the accessory belts and the lower timing belt cover, you'll see that it's only four bolts holding the water pump in.

And like oddrob said, make sure you replace the balance shaft belt as well. Most uniformed shops never do and when that belt goes, it gets jammed up and ends up taking out the timing belt as well.
