Water pump - replace

Ok I have a small leak. Is the weep hole on top for the water pump? I dont want to tear it apart to find out, because if I tear it apart I'm going to replace pump, timing belt, add adj. cam gears, all other belts, and balance shaft removal. When I dig into something I want to only tear down once. Also has any one put on a electric water pump? If so can you giv eme info on this mod?

if your going to replace your timing belt and so on then you should just replace your water pump and just go with a factory one.
Its better to replace it now then doing your belts now and your water pump down the road

So, is the weep hole on the water pump on the top?? Cause if it isnt Im gonna need to have my head examined...(yeah double meaning!)
