well i have 2 different answers so far LOL, on my origional thread they say its wrong, on this one its right. and the belt is burning off constantly so what else could it be, pullleys have no slack nothings seized up.
 
Well your pulley looks right from the angle in the pic. Sight down the belts to see if the pulleys are lined up with them.
Another possiblilty is the wrong type or size belt or the wrong tension. When running does anything look funny like pulleys bent or wobbling?
 
I know it's gotta be the way I mentioned above ^^

That's how it looks in the above pic too, with the outer dished outwards in HangLoose's photo.
 
No they spin perfectly that's why I'm so confused, I'm actually thinking about just flipping the pulley to try.
