Water pump or clogged radiator?

There was a tiny hole at the top og my radiator. I didn't think it was that big of a deal so I bought some "puddy like" stuff to place over it. I dried up pretty fast, so I thought I was set. No problems for a while then I notcied my car started to over heat. I felt the upper hose and it was hot, so it wasn't the therm. When I lefted the hood up there was stem everywhere. Comming from the tiny hole, which is now a bigger hole.

I started the car with out the cap, just to see if any water weoulf flow...no coolant flowed then the car procedded to over heat. I think it may be the water pump, what are your thoughts?

The cooling system must be pressurized to work properly (via water pump, thermostat, and rad cap) or you will get overheating. So if you have any hole in the radiator it won't stay pressurized. You will have to take the radiator to a shop that repairs them (soldered) or buy a new one. No kind of adhesive will stay.
