I have a external wastegate (Turbonetics Evolution) mounted on my o2 housing that I made. It comes off the 5 bolt flange where the flapper hole would be on internal for my t3/t4. Now my question is I don't really see boost in 1st gear and it goes up in 2nd and 3rd. But I do not get any real power until 3rd gear. Now when I get on it I don't hear it open or anything. Would this be causing me to lag and not build boost like I should Or possibly vacuum lines Screwed up or something?

What are you running for boost control? And where do you have the vacuum line running to on the WG? if you can, shoot a pic of the setup. Real quick though, if using a regular MBC the side port (the one with a bleeder hole) should go to the wastgate, but it should only be to the side fitting on the wastegate, not the top one. just mentioning it before you get the pics and post them up. :thumb:
