Hey guys, i just got my car running again. i have a t3t4 and a dual port 38mm wastegate. i have the top secondary port blocked off, and the bottom primary nipple running from the turbo for the vacuum line, and no mbc, the spring on the wastegate is 8psi. the wastegate is not opening at 8psi, it just keeps -dangerously- boosting. what could it be? am i hooking it up right?
