Ok i just got the tial 38mm external and I have a few questions about the install. The first is it came with 2 little air fittings do I nee to use both of those and do they need any type of thread tape on them before I screw them in. Second the spring in it now is 13.68 psi which port do i hook up my mbc to and when I hook it up will my boost automatticly be on what the spring is no matter how high my mbc was adjusted previously or should i adjust the mbc some how. thanks

When you are using a MBC, you only need to use one of the fittings. Use the side fitting and tap your MBC into that line.

Since your spring pressure is for 13.68psi, thats what your boost pressure will be if you don't have anything hooked up, and it is the lowest boost pressure you can run. Your MBC will need to be re-adjusted to maintain your desired boost pressure. Set your MBC to its base setting and slowly start moving up so you don't overboost.

Do i still need to install both nipples and when I do, do they need to have teflon tap on them or just put in straight up.

You do not need any type of tape. Mine has been working fine for over a year with any type of tape.

still a bit confused.I have tial blow off and tial external 44. I think read it said to take line for tial gate before tb blades in the diagram.I was going to tee my blow off but it comes from intake manifold. So do I run the tial gate off the p port on the tb.I have no nipple on my turbo to use.

Some recommend to T into your BOV line, while others claim better results from the turbo. Either way should work out for you just fine. I have mine tapped into a nipple on my turbo, but with my e16g I used the BOV line and it worked just fine.
