wastegate fluttering

Ok I found a boost leak on my wastegate so I too kit apart and put a new gasket there. When I put it back together I pointed the vaccum nipple the wrong way and I didnt have time to fix it right then. When I drove it,I noticede it flutterd at full boost. I could tell it was the wastegate cause I could hear it through my external dump. I swapped the nipple back to the right placed and it fixed it. Then yesterday I hooked up my hallman and turned the boost up. The first 5 or 6 pulls were great then it started fluttering again so I hooked it back up straight to the wastegate and it is still fluttering. Anyone have any idea what is going on? I have searched everywhere it could not find anything.

Ok when I left work today, the first two times I boosted it did not flutter and then it did everytime after that till I got home. Please, I need help with this. This is a just broken in fully built 2.4 dohc with a 20g and cams. I was going to go to the track tomorrow night and see what it will run, but I cant if I cant get the bugs worked out.

Also, if anyone can give me a diagram of the nlts wiring for a keydiver chip I would be greatful. I think my 2 year old got ahold of mine and I cant find it. I tried the tmo link on dsmchips,com but it doesnt work. Anyways, thanks guys

Nevermind, it looks like that's for a 1g. I can't find one for a 2g, so maybe it's the same???

About the wastegate, does anyone have a clue? Could my wastegate be going bad or is the spring bad or what?

You shouldn't take your car to the track until you have it fully broken in and have all the bugs worked out.
