Warped Rear Bumper?

Is there any way to fix this? Is it a pretty common problem with these cars? I searched but couldn't really find much on it. Thanks in advance

I would replace the bumper

You can probably try a heat gun from the underside, or maybe you can try attaching a thing aluminum bar, the ones they sell at a hardware store like menards.

^This is about the only way to fix it. Seems to be a common problem for rear bumper covers, seen it several times.

So, that isnt a resukt of the bolts tightened in a funny way? Or a bent mounting plate? Do all of you guys have that with the bumper off the car?
