warning light question

first time posting, please bear with me. My 90 GSX AWD has all of the warning lights on steady: the water light is on but the coolant isn't low, the charging light and the check engine light is on, but the car is idling fine and running strong, (plenty of power) I'm out of ideas, but being a newbie, I really didn't have that many of them to start with.
Any suggestions would be appreciated a lot.

Check your alternator output. DSM's have a weird quirk of when the alternator dies (or when that belt snaps), those three lights come on at the same time. Your car may be running strong now, but that's because you have a good battery. Get that alternator checked.
