Ever since i put my wallbro in my car ive been having electral drama. every light in the car flickers and the pump sounds kind of like a siren. It diddint do this untill 2 months after install..Altenator is going out??

Did you rewire your 190? If so, you may want to recheck your electrical connections. If it has been 2 months since your install, chances are it's something else in your system that is causing it. Btw, if you only hear the "siren" when the blinkers are on, that is completely normal.

This does not sound like an alternator problem to me. If it was an alternator problem look for things like stereo turns off and on, radar detector turns on and off. Head lights don't come on at all. Right before it goes, it gets really bad, because the ECU starts have power issues - your car will jerk and backfire and before you know it it's dead.

I'd guess I'd suggest the standard electrical troubleshooting to start. Check all the grounds and battery terminals and make sure they are well cleaned. Other symptoms of bad grounds could be the car doesn't start all the time, it may not start on first try and then start on the second one. You should also check out your battery.

At least this will be a start let us know how it goes.

Actually the same thing happened to me on my 92tsi. Check the altrenator and the alt. belt. Make sure thats all good, then check all the gounds.

It turned out being a WAY bad alt for me. So bad it was actually discharging the battery. The car ended up needing to get towed to my mechanics because i couldn't figure it out.
