I have a walbro 255 from a 1gb I now have a 2ga any compatibility there?

Well, I just checked out extremepsi, and they sell it for 90-94 AWD and 95-99 AWD. The install kits are different on the two, and the pump definitely looks different. Heres the link to both picture to see what I am talking about.

the pumps are universal so yes it will work.might take some fanagling w/o the install kit but otherwise it will work fine

The PUMPS themselves are the exact same, just the install kit is different.

thank you kottyking. like i said you might have to rig something up. and if you cant figure a way to hook up power and a ground chances are you shouldnt be messing with a car in the 1st place.

Use the 1G harness and swap....
Make sure you have some zip ties and the pickup isn't screwed up before you drop it in and you should be just fine.

thanks to all who replied... I'll see what can be rigged. So from what I am getting from this the power + and ground- will neeed to be lengthened. Or put it in classifieds and get a new one.... thanks

sell it on ebay for 75 bucks and buy a new one for the 2g for 85$ shipped off ebay, only 10 more and a lot less work

well feel free to ghetto rig one of the most important part's of your car.. i mean non properly connected terminals in the gas tank.. sure no sparks can happen.. i agree sell that and buy a PROPER 2g pump.

I second selling the pump, and getting the proper 2g pump. You can sell the 1g pump for about 70-75, so you that means all you need is 20-25 more dollars for a new wally off extremepsi.
