walbro getting louder over time?

ive had a walbro fuel pump in my car for about 1 month now. so far, its been fairly quiet....then today it started to run about 2x as loud as it was before. could this be a sign of the pump failing? or mabyit gets louder over time?

To my knowegle No, Mine whines all the time. But i went Drifting and puching my car to the limits the other month. afterwards my fuel pump was about 100% louder that it usly is. I guess it was just excited it was being used haha. The next day it was at its normal loud whine again.
