Walbro 190 install help!!!!

ok so i just finished my fuel pump install and im havin a problem.. everything went together fine.. But my gaws gauge went up to half a tank.. I did the install with just alittle over a quarter of a tank.. so my question is Why did my gas gauge go way up now??? I drove it for like 10 miles since the install.. Hope somone can help me

anyway,the gas gauge, does it look like it moving (from half tank) at all

Take the FP assy out and make sure that the float arm isn't bent and or binding.
