Your problem with the car thinking Stioch is 13.5 afr is because you set the narrowband simulation switch point at 2.37v, 14.7AFR for your wideband is 2.84v... Always check the basics before you jump in and try to tune. Having the basic fundamental values wrong will make everything else not have the correct value.
