Im having an issue with my car and im having some problems diagnosing it. I have zero boost leaks at 25 psi. mechanical timing is spot on. ignition timing is set to 5 degrees BTDC, i just installed a new knock sensor because the old one was leaking all the gel out and i thought that would fix my problem but it didnt. My problem is that the car idles fine at about 800rpms, the BISS is set properly. When driving the car it builds boost and i can hear the BOV working like it should releasing the air its just the car has really no power at all. No smoke coming out the exhaust from what i can notice. it feels as if i have boost leaks but i dont. holds 25 psi for a good minute or two before it bleeds down. (valve on the BLT leaks a little) I pulled out my ecu and i have some concerns with an area that appears burnt to me, also im not really sure the reasoning behind the blue wire on the backside? i dont now anything about ecus so if someone could give me a little input it would be much appreciated im running out of ideas.

my profile isnt up to date, the car is a 90 laser 5 speed. 130,xxx miles, 14b turbo with factory bov

In your 1st pic, the 100uF capacitor (large blue cylinder thing) looks like it's leaking (which is a common problem with these ECU's). Other caps may be also. I suggest sending the ECU in for repair. LightningGSX here on tuners also repairs them - just pm him.
