These are the part numbers shown for the Right taillight gasket:

The left always shows as the MR154701 you have listed.

I’m guessing by your post / description that the gasket you show (North America) is the right side. Here’s the “other” gasket which seems to me to be the left side. It is in used condition so may not be a 100% accurate representation. The difference in the large hole near the center tail section is worth mentioning.
