Ok like a week ago i was at a light waiting to turn then i had to jump on it to make the turn in doin so it was a bit of a ruff road so i may have hit a small pot hole or two a little hard. Ever since then, when im at low speeds and turning i feel this like kinda almost tugging or vibration in the steering wheel. I felt it the most recently in NYC when i was turning and climbing on an on ramp that was very bumpy. i was doing about 15-20 mph and every little bump i hit, my steering wheel kinda jumped and slide back and forth. also when im braking and making a turn i can feel the vibration/tugging in the steering wheel. Its not warped rotors, because they are brand new and i feel the tugging when im on the gas and turning. if im driving strait and doing about 40 mph and i turn back and forth like swaying in the road, she handles fine and responds good, but i do feel a bit of vibration which feels like tire slide maybe but not sure cause they are brand new as well. Any ideas? The car is up for sale right now, i just would like to get an idea of what is wrong so i can inform the next owner. Thanks to anyone who may have an idea.

if its alignment how come the car doesnt pull to any side, drives strait when i let go of the wheel and such, no other problem other then on turns really.
