vibrating when turning to the left

So I noticed that the car vibrates from 40mph and up when turning to the left. What can cause this. The last owner said it was the rear motor mouth but I'm not to sure.
 
Grab the top of the left tire and give a good yank back an forth to check bearings with the weight on the bearings. ... one test to try out.

Could be that motor mount being bad since lateral stress is placed on the system on the turn.

oth of the te rod bushing tings look shot. would i have to replace just the bushing or will the rest of the tie rod have to be replace. how to i tell if the rest of the tie rod is bad?
