Very quick wheel fitment question.

I am looking at a set Enkei dm5 wheels for sale they are 17" and come with 225/45/17 kuhmo 711 tires. They have an offset of 38 and are universal 5 lug. Will these fit my '96 spyder? I really don't know much about offset and such and I don't know if 225 tires are too wide. Thanks for your help.
