I have a cracked vent hose (vapor hose?) that runs from my EVAP canister, I believe it's the reason why I'm getting a small emissions leak code. The problem is I can't find anyone that sells a replacement hose. It has around a 1/2" opening that connects to the canister then reduces down to around a 1/4" at the end. I was hoping to get some ideas on where to buy a new one or how to replace it with some other kind of tubing.
