Alright so I read a few threads on these, but really didn't gain any information. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with these.

Here is a Link:
Venom Cam Gears

BTW: PLEASE IGNORE THE MODS, THIS IS FOR AN ENGINE BUILD PROJECT

I think that we need some more information in order to give you the sort of answer that you are looking for.

What sort of cams do you want to use with them? Some cams for our cars need a significant amount of degreeing work whereas others should be pretty much dialed in perfectly when you put them in. What are your goals for your setup? What turbo do you think that you will be going with? I noticed in your profile that you are running the T25, cams (anything but the most mild) and cam gears are overkill for that turbo and will probably hurt performance more than help it.

Also what information are you looking for? If you've read several threads on these gears and you haven't found the information that you are looking for then what do you think will be posted here if you don't ask an actual question? Please clarify what sort of information you are really looking for and hopefully someone will be able to answer your question directly and completely.

Please know the rules of the forum and NO, I heard this, I heard that. Only first (Yourself)and second hand experience (Not your own car, but you have witnessed).

This by the way is not a great way to get people to help you. There is no need to post something like this, misinformation is not tolerated on this site and if any is posted it will be corrected or removed, there is no reason to jump down the throats of people trying to help you before they try and help you. I know I almost skipped your thread because of it.

Sorry for the lack of information. And I am not trying to scare people off, I just want accurate information. I have seen WAY too many threads that end up with people bickering about how Venom is not as good a brand as HKS, AEM, ,or other big name brand items.

But back to the OP:
I plan on building a 6-bolt, 7-bolt, or stroker. It will be put in a 2gb AWD Manual GST SPYDER . Im not sure yet, just trying to get info on the cam gears. I am hoping for 400-500HP daily driven. I am ###### going to run some kind of 272 HKS cams, or something along those lines. Im trying to get advice on my build all together, but wanted to post separate threads.

Cam gears or even needing them is the last thing you should be worrying. They will only give a couple HP/TRQ and the only way you'll know the difference is on a dyno. If you really want them they are all basically the same, but some cam gear can adjust to a finer degree them some other. I'd ask the tuner who is going to dyno tune your car on what we prefers.

Exactly, you are far from the point of needing cam gears. Honestly you can manage your goals on the stock bottom end so there is no reason to "build" it as long as you have a good tune. You're going to need to do a lot of reading to get to your goals but they are doable. There are not a lot of AWD spyders out there for a couple of reasons. The first is that the AWD swap is harder on a Spyder because of how our rear seats are mounted. Second we usually can't run on a drag strip once we start getting fast. Third, we are already extremely heavy, when you add the AWD we just geat heavier. None of that is to say that AWD isn't good in a spyder but you may want to consider whether it is worthwhile compared to trying to just beef up your fwd traction. If you do get a 6bolt bottom then keep your 2g head because they are designed better for just about any application but drag.
