Cam Gears?

I was thinking about getting some AEM Adjustable Cam Gears. Now, since I'm going with the AEM EMS, and our timing can be adjusted by the ecu (advanced, retarded), is there really a point in getting an aftermarket set of cam gears?

They are for adjusting cam timing. EMS advances or retards ignition timing which is totaly differant. If you get cam gears, you can spend some time on the dyno adjustnig them and trying to find the "sweet spot" They arent nescessary but they might help you find a few more hp.
