I'm actually looking to buy Baer Decela rotors, but even Google only comes up with websites only selling rear rotors and what I need is front rotors.

However, I'd be interested in checking out any other QUALITY drilled/slotted rotor. I'm not interested in powerslot rotors at all. I'm looking for something with a bit more fade resistance.

If you want better fade resistance then you are not going to want drilled/slotted rotors. Get some blanks and a better pad compound.

Do you have the stock single pistons or the later dual pistons? If you have duals, you can upgrade to Outlander rotors for just the cost of the brackets since you're buying rotors (and presumably pads) anyway. If you have singles, look into the duals or the Outlanders for a huge upgrade.

I bought hawk HP Plus pads.

I am also running calipers from a 96 GSX.

I want a rotor that will not explode under prolonged braking then coming into contact with water. We have crazy hills that engine braking alone wont stop you and by the time you are at the bottom of the twisting turns you typically have horrible fade. With water between the pad and the rotor it can be absolutely horrible.

Basically I don't want cheap ebay junk, but I don't want to pay out for overkill rotors like high quality Brembos.

I've used three sets of cheap ebay junk, brakemotive rotors. Been on the cars for over 3 years, with no issues. Better than stock stuff. They were all drilled/slotted rotors. One set is on my TB and has gone through mud, snow, rain, large amounts of standing water, ice, heat, drag strip, highway pulls, etc. 30k miles, still brakes like brand new. No cracking or warping anywhere on the rotors either! The hubs and non-contact areas still haven't rusted thanks to the zinc plating. I had a set of the same ones on my cobra as well, never any issues.
