2G vehicle speed sensor (vss) wire locations

hi guys, i have a 98 eclipse gst and am installing a navigation system. I need to tap into the vss wire. I have heard many locations on the forums underneath the dash and such. I would like to tap in somewhere quick and easy if possible. I heard that the wire can even be located behind the radio, or even under the drivers seat. I also heard the wire is yellow/white. I looked under the drivers seat and there is a yellow/black wire could this be it? If anyone has any ideas much help would be appreciated, thanks.

It is yellow/white (not yellow/black) and the easiest place to tap is pin 14 of the data link connector (CEL code extraction OBDII connector under driver dash next to center console). OBDII - On-Board Diagnostic's System - Does My Car Have OBD-II? The Connector and Communications.
