Hey guys I bought this head cheap was going to slowly build it up but I noticed these pits around one of the valve seats on the exhaust its only on this one cylinder
is it worth my time, could it be fixed, or would this not be a problem? Thanks

It looks like it is eroding around the seat, like it might be leaking or start to leak. I'd start with another casting imho. Looks like that one has been ported, and a vj done before. ###### could be saved with and oversize seat.
 
A little valve compound and that'll tell you if it's going to be a problem. Grind it a little and perform a leak test with some gasoline or water.
 
Yep an over sized seat inset would save it.
