valve guides?

Alright first off.. the car is a 91 talon tsi awd as per my profile no real mods other then mbc not turned up high or anything



Under wot in first and slightly second the leaves smoke its not really blue not really black but its just dark smoke turbo has no shaft play and i found no oil in the compressor side
i recently had the fuel filter spark plugs and oil changed and the valve cover is leaking around the gasket not incredibly so but still...

Another problem i have pictures for just havnt gotten them onto the computer
on the exhaust manifold
it seems the farthest right two bolts are broken
i'm not sure if their supposed to be that way or not but it seems to me that their not


Any helpful ideas would be nice
i'm sorry its all vague i'm new to working on cars this being my second vehcle
i've done alot of research try to ask as little questions as i can

Do you have the catalytic converter removed and replaced with a testpipe? That would cause your exhaust fumes to seem a little 'darker'.

the actual mods i have have are mbc , hacked mas, hard uicp, ecu with keydriver stg 3, k&n filter, and a oil catch can
