I noticed oil in the bolt holes on 3 of the bolts and oil on the spark plug wires where they curve.

I am assuming that this due to a valvecover leak right?

What is a good price for a used valvecover that hasn't been painted or anything that someone has laying around (some guy has a spare he doesn't need laying around but don't know what to offer him).

You just need a new gasket unless your valve cover is damaged. You can get one for like $15 on eBay. Put a small amount of RTV on the valve cover side of the gasket only and torque the valve cover bolts to 3 ft-lb.

Would the gasket be the reason its leaking into the bolt holes and on the plug wires?

I just assumed there was a small crack.

I should mention the oil in the bolt holes is the holes for the spark plug cover and not the actual valve cover bolts.

Awesome thanks guys, Where can I order a new oil cap? Probably easier to track down an evo one but whats my best option
