Ive been trying to find an alternative to welding this baffle back onto my VC. I dont feel like mushrooming a glob of filler, so something can come loose in the future..So...
Does anyone have any ideas for maybe a flap or something along the lines like Paul did with his VC?
I have made a little drawing of something I thought might work, a tube with one closed end, welded over the holes on the inside, with slits on the bottom side, "lightly" packed with a little steel wool.
I am using a catch can setup where both my PCV port and VC port are heading straight to my Intake pipe.
Let me know what you guys think about that, or if anyone has any better ideas, because id rather not weld the factory baffle back in, and don't feel like buying a new VC to powdercoat it again.
I have a TIG so im open to any ideas, thanks
