2G Valave cover Oil leak (weep hole) and sluggish performance

I have 97 GSX with 16g, FMIC, MBC, 850cc and 98 ECU (CeddyMod). I recently noticed some oil leaking from a small weep hole in the front of the valve cover just above the ps pump. Also, car is building boost as expected (I have a 'real' boost gauge tapped off the fuel pressure solenoid hose), but revving sluggishly. Any insight??

I'm not too sure about the "sluggish revving", so more info on that would be good. What sort of condition is this happening in? Part throttle, WOT, etc.

Pull off your spark plug cover. I bet it's full of oil. You most likely need a new oil cap gasket.
