Vacuum Ports Under Intake Manifold

I've searched but can't find a direct answer. I'm putting everything back together after cylinder head work. There are 4 vacuum ports under the intake manifold and after connecting everything else I seem to be 2 vacuum lines short. Two of the ports are without vacuum lines. I think the two that are connected are black and red.

Please don't give me Taboo's vacuum diagram, but please any other pics.

I thought I read that these ports are only for CA emission cars, is this true?

I'm assuming EGR, Cap em and be done with it, the caps will blow off.

If they are being unused now, put caps on them and zip tie them on there.
