I can't read these shop diagrams for the life of me!

I will take pics as needed!
My 6 bolt is in 95-GST with only vacum lines, power sterring pump and alternator to go!
I will be updating this thread vacuum line by vacum line!

1) I have a Turbo XS RFL BOV, at the top of it, is a nipple. Where do I run a line to that to?
2) I have a Big16G internally gated, where do I run the vacum line from that?
3) Also feel free to help chime in such as other locations, like intake manifold and soleniods, and air intake.

I only know that one so far, that i capped my intake b/c I am venting my BOV, turbo XS doesn;t make a reciruclation kit. This swap along with other mods has taken me almost a year so my memory and patience is failing me. I'd liek to thank all your help so far and more thanks in advance!

1. There is a nipple on the intake manifold for your bov. Run a hose from the nipple to the nipple on your bov.

2. The wastegate gets connected to your boost source (you should have a nipple on your j-pipe for this) with a mbc inline.

3. What else do you need to know? There are also nipples on the intake manifold for the brake booster (big nipple on big of im), and fuel pressure regulator (the fuel pressure solenoid goes between the intake manifold and fuel pressure regulator). The nipples on the throttle body are for emissions, if you have them.

4. On the intake pipe, there are 4 spots for hoses. The big one is for your bov to recirculate, the smallest one is for the bcs (cap this hole off if you have a mbc), and the two on the side of the pipe are for the charcoal canister (hard hose coming from under battery tray) and the hose from the valve cover.

If you post specific questions I can help you out, or post up pics and I can show you what should go where.

Do something about that vented bov. Either get a new bov that you can recirculate or run a GM maf setup so you can properly vent. I understand how bad you want to get the car running again though!

Got em hooked up, now the car won;t idle and I smel fuel. Also I have to have someone play with the cam sensor for it to start and play with the throttle to keep it goin,

The t-belt is on the right way, DOUBLE CHECKED THAT! Haven't ran a boost leak test but all couplers are on tight! How do I dial in the cam sensor? Once my buddy plays with the throttle body car sounds SWEET! Godd to hear all those bells and whisles working after a year. But once he lets go it just dies! Don't know wut to do!

The t-belt is on correct, just the CAS (6 bolt swap) is not dialed in. I don't have DSM link nor the funds for it. How bad of a boost leak there must be in order for it not to hold idle?

I'm going to go look in the car for the blue grounding plug. I don't ever recall seeing something like that. If I do have it, what do I hook up to it? If I don't?

It will run like hell until you get the timing right. Rent a timing light and check the vfaq guide. Once the timing is right, go from there.
