I just finished up my build and now the last thing to do is the vacuum line setup. I have 1 line from my Tial BOV to the intake manifold for the bov. But my question is how should I run the lines for my 38mm Tial wastegate with using a Turbo XS manual boost controller?

It is confusing because there are two vacuum line ports on the wastegate. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Only the vacuum port on the side of the wastegate is needed. The one on top is there if you plan to run the wastegate spring pressure. I plugged the top port on mine but its not necessary. So hook the boost controller up to a vacuum/boost source, and the other end of the boost controller would hook up to the side vacuum port on the wastegate. This is the way I have mine setup and it works just fine.

Alright thanks. And If I wanted to run the wastegate spring pressure, I would run a line from the top port right to boost source?

I believe that you would use both the side and top ports and connect the two into one vacuum/boost source to run the spring pressure. BTW I too have relocated my fusebox and absolutely love the way the flatblack engine bay looks. I hope you dont mind me doing the same color in my bay.

Thanks for the info, and no I don't mind. But thanks, I'm glad you like it, fuse box relocation is def nice.
