Vacuum Hose leading off the Eci Multi Cover

Anyone know where it goes?
Its the Vacuum on the right(When standing in front of the car), and when I plug it up with my finger the idle goes up.
I just capped it off, but im wondering where it goes.

According to the diagrams apparently it goes to some sort of bypass valve I believe but I dont see it.

umm probably something for the emissions but a pic would help

I think your talking about the vacuum hose coming off the intake manifold to the right of the PCV valve....this line goes to the blow off valve vacuum line....located on the upper intercooler pipe
