V3 lite help

I have a 92 eagle talon. I dont have alot done to the car but I need a tune. I want to get the v3 lite and make the car run better. What do I need for v3 to work at its fullest? Do I need a wideband o2 and other sensors? I have a 16g turbo, stock inj, not sure what size fuel pump I think its a 255, hard piping and a rather large fmic, evo 8 maf, I think its a 2.5 in exhaust, street- almost race head porting, street port ex mani, turbo and o2 housing, greddy type rs bov such by the way i'm not a fan of, no idle cause I have terable idle surge so I blocked the fiav. Idles about 1100-1500 kinda lame but what can I do. Just bought a house so i'll be getting the 8k wife says I can use some to fix up the talon.
