2G V3 How to Bi-LED retrofit 2g headlights

I originally did one of the first retrofit how to’s 15 years ago. This is my v3 leveraging Morimoto MLED 2.0 Bi-LED 3” projectors. This is a bit more involved then the Morimoto mini h1’s but the light output and low amperage seems to be a winning combination for our car’s. I am super impressed with how they turned out! Give it a shot!

Nice! Did you post a link to the fitment jig in the youtube description?

Do you have any opinion on how well this would fit a 1G retrofit, or if not, more suitable retrofit components for that smaller housing?

Is there no worry that the reflector, being of pretty thin plastic, won't crack and break over time due to the weight of the projector unit and repeated jarring from driving on not-perfectly-smooth roads?

Definitely not. This setup with the led fog lights I added are absolutely mint. I am old and drive often at night and have had modded lights forever. Hands down the best version I’ve had. Fully admit I haven’t worked out the highbeam wiring as of this time stamp.
