If you're talking about the first half (goes from the SMIC and has the BOV connected to it), then yes, it will help. If you take the air filter box off and look at the stock plastic pipe, you'll see that it is "squashed" to fit under the filter box. The aftermarket pipes are ~2" round the whole way. But if you get the upgraded part, you either have to cut the filter box or upgrade to a new filter (K&N, etc.). The pipe won't fit between the frame and filter box.

You should get one with a bov flange and get a 1g bov , I have an extra one .

You blow off valve won't change sound with an upper intercooler pipe like that. If you got a metal intake, then you will notice a difference, especially with a recirculated Greddy.
