uploading readings from palm

can someone please tell me how to upload my readings from pocketlogger into the pc so i can post on the net for the readings? please help. or if anyone else have a program. will appriciat for them to send it.

ok. just regular files come up. caint use nothing but the word perfect files. the other says it caint read. what do i do?
